Imraan's been living and breathing technology since he was 15 years old - not because he had to study it, but because he was genuinely fascinated by solving real problems with clever solutions.
What started it all: Back in 1999, frustrated with laggy gaming servers, Imraan decided to build his own. That teenage project grew into hosting the largest Counter Strike community in Europe, and eventually evolved into Burstfire as we know it today.
What he brings: Twenty-five years of hands-on experience watching technology evolve, understanding what actually works in practice (not just in theory), and building systems that perform brilliantly under pressure. He's seen every type of IT crisis you can imagine, and probably fixed most of them.
His approach: Imraan believes technology should work seamlessly in the background so you can focus on your business. He's not interested in flashy solutions that cause headaches - he's interested in systems that do their job reliably, day after day, without drama.

Ant joined Burstfire in 2016 with a different but complementary background—he'd spent his time making business systems actually work for the people using them.
What he spotted: Working as the IT person at a local Essex accountancy firm, Ant got properly fed up with clunky processes and technology that made people's jobs harder instead of easier. He became the person who looked at any system and immediately thought "there's got to be a better way to do this."
What he brings: A genuine obsession with making sure technology serves your business goals, not the other way around. Ant's the one who makes sure our brilliant technical solutions actually translate into a better day-to-day experience for you and your team.
